2024 Blanc de Noir Pinot Noir “EDITION ATELIER 25” – Quality wine Mosel

Blanc de Noir from Pinot Noir, a white wine made from Pinot Noir grapes, which come from our monopoly vineyard Cochemer Sonnenberg. As Pinot Noir has light flesh and only a delicate color in the berry skin, it can be pressed as a white wine through particularly gentle treatment. This reveals wonderful exotic notes such as passion fruit and mango, as well as crunchy berries. Such a special wine deserves an equally special label, which was painted by Franz-Josef Dosot, as in previous years. Mr. Dosot is an award-winning artist who lives in the residential and service facility Kloster Ebernach, our neighbors.
