Partly aged in fresh oak barrels: Harmonious barrique note – WOODY

A touch of green pepper in the aroma, also some thyme and apricot. The taste is also slightly peppery; accompanied by a memory of vanilla ice cream; careful use of wood. Goes very well with meat, strong dishes and spicy cheeses.
