Pepper, coriander and poached plums. The complex palate shows layers of ripe red and black berries. The grapes were harvested and sorted by hand before destemming and crushing. 50% of the Syrah was aged for 16 months in French oak barrels. Ideal with roasted leg of lamb, grilled ribeye steak.
