Valwiger Herrenberg Pinot Noir \u2013 Handcrafted Elegance from the Mosel<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Our Sp\u00e4tburgunder trocken<\/strong>, also known as Pinot Noir<\/strong>, comes from the Valwiger Herrenberg<\/strong>, a sun-drenched south-facing steep slope<\/strong> in the small village of Valwig<\/strong>, just a few minutes from Cochem \u2013 our family\u2019s home for centuries. Here, on the heat-retaining reddish slate soils<\/strong>, elegant and expressive wines are born, marked by fine structure, clear fruit, and a hint of wild herbs.<\/p>\n

The grapes are 100% hand-harvested<\/strong>, and only the very best fruit makes it into the cellar. The wine ferments and matures in used barrique barrels<\/strong>, developing a round, harmonious character with subtle notes of vanilla and roasted aromas \u2013 all while preserving its delicate fruit and freshness.<\/p>\n
